The Rosemount Fire Department serves the western half of Clay Township in Scioto County, Ohio. Clay Township is located along the Scioto River, bordering the city of Portsmouth to the south. The township covers 36 square miles with steep ridgelines running through the area north to south. The Rubyville Fire Department serves the eastern half of the township.
